In a facebook posting on May 15, 2018, Tan Sri M. Kayveas  President of MyPPP posted a video showing his office in a mes after it had been allegedly ransacked by supreme council members of myPPP

Screenshot of the video posted by Tan Sri Kayveas showing his office had been ransacked.

"The thuggish, gangsterism and absolute no regard for the rule of law is showcased here as the former supreme council members of myPPP under cover of claims of having some instructions from those who were in authority in BN ransacked Tan Sri M Kayveas office. The 3 names of those who are now to be charged for break in, theft and trespassing are, Datuk Seri Maglin Dcruz, Datuk Mohan A/L Kandasamy and Sathiah Sudakaran" Said Tan Sri M. Kayveas in his facebook posting.

In the video Tan Sri Kayveas alleged that Sathiah Sudakaran showed a letter to the security guards issued by the appointed Secretary General Datuk Mohan Kandasamy to gain entry into the office and ransacked the office. The security guards were not allowed to call Tan Sri Kayveas. He also alleged  that Datuk Seri Maglin  had removed things ffrom the office using a lorry and was keeping it in a warehouse in Klang

The full video can be seen on Tan Sri Kayveas facebook page:

On 25th April, following disputes over Barisan National seat allocations for the 14th General Election, M. Kayveas was sacked by the Party Disciplinary Board. M. Kayveas however insists that he resigned from all posts in the Party. Tan Sri Kayveas then withdrew his resignation letter and insisted he was still the party President as the Supreme Council did not call for an EGM to ratify the Party Disciplinary Board and Supreme Council's Decision to sack the President as per the constitution.

BEST FBKL: It will be a shock if the EGM were to back up the supreme council decision as myPPP was Kayveas and Kayveas was myPPP
