Police have identified hideouts of main suspects in 'monster mum' case

KULAI: Police have identified the hiding places of three main suspects in the case of the two young girls who were prostituted by their own mother.

Kulai OCPD Supt Razak Md Said said the suspects are the mother’s boyfriend and two Bangladeshi men in their 30s.

“Checks showed that the suspects are hiding somewhere in Johor and in other states,” he said at a press conference at the Kulai district police headquarters on Monday.

Supt Razak said the Johor police contingent headquarters was informed of the matter and would be taking further action.

“We have identified their hiding places and already informed several government agencies to ensure that the suspects will not leave the country," said Supt Razak.

On Monday, the 39-year-old single mother who forced her daughters, aged 10 and 13, to having sex with Bangladeshi men was sentenced to 75 years in jail by the Sessions Court here.

The mother prostituted her daughters to two men at a budget hotel in Larkin Perdana on five different occasions in October.
