Sephora revamps loyalty programme
With the upcoming holiday season, it’s gifting time, for you and your loved ones. And, there’s good news for Sephora fans.
The Sephora Beauty Pass Loyalty Program, which allows members to earn points and convert them into Sephora vouchers by purchasing beauty products, has just been revamped.
The French beauty retail chain has introduced the Sephora Gold tier, an addition to the existing Sephora Black and Sephora White tiers.
Currently the programme offers members a welcome gift, a 10% voucher for every 250 points earned, a birthday gift, birthday brow service, as well as regular offers, news and tips.
The relaunch gives members more opportunities to earn points by writing product reviews and updating their beauty profile online, in addition to shopping at Sephora across South-East Asia, China, Australia and New Zealand.
In return, members can redeem their points for deluxe samples, 10% off rewards and curated beauty sets from the Rewards Boutique.
“Through the improved programme, members are given the freedom to use their points for a choice of exciting gifts from celebrated brands in make-up and skincare,” said Cindy Lee, country manager of Sephora Malaysia. “In addition, the introduction of the Sephora Gold tier is to reward our loyal members with exclusive privileges.”
Sephora Gold members will enjoy a complimentary makeover once a month, early access to private sales and first access to exclusive product and brand launches in addition to the Sephora Black tier benefits.
Current Sephora Black members can upgrade their membership by spending a minimum of RM4,500 every 12 months. They can also maintain their status with an annual minimum spending of RM900.
